This is a problem with the N-1 Router. I have been having many
discussion with Belkin with their top engineers to fix this problem.
Luckly there is an intrim fix. When you move to the other AP/Router
and you think your connected but really are not - just unplug the
router/ap and when it comes back up - you will be truly connected.
