Hi Ivan,
Are you using the Belkin Client Utility Software??? Which should show no connection but you will find that the Network shows you are connected but you will see that you are sending but not receving packets. And of course you have no internet. At that point unplug your wireless router or access point for 10 seconds and plug it back in and then you should connect when the connection comes back.
