Wireless Networking - laptop visibility

Default laptop visibility


How would i go about making everything on my lap top availible to be viewed
on my home net work but not on my University network? i cant figgure out
ether?

Well very basically you would enable file sharing on your home network, and
disable it on the University network. You may need to configure this
manually, or if you have an IBM computer you can have ThinkVantage Access
Connections do it for you. I suggest being sure to configure your home
Network with a different IP address range than the school, that should help
your firewall know where it is at.
