Hi
If I do not have the documentation that explains how to disable the original software. I use the following method to disable entries that look related to HP Network, and Wireless from the Startup, and kill the Process involved. http://www.ezlan.net/infestation#startup http://www.ezlan.net/infestation#process This approach does not delete or change any thing permanently so it can be easily revered if a mistake was made.
