As a matter of fact, No. He's saying that he hasn't "seen any
information" , which could imply that his eyesight is weak, and the
information is not relayed properly by his optic nerve to his brain.

He's also saying that he hasn't "been able to search for" the required
information. Which could imply that he doesn't know how to use Google.
Tutorials anyone ? Or maybe dumps ?
