Hi all,
I passed 070-536 exam at Prometric center. However it's been almost 5 days since I appeared for the exam and I have not received any welcome mails from Microsoft yet!!! This is my first exam via Prometic (though I have given .NET 1.0 exam before that was with Pearson Vue, however). So I assume I should get a new MCPID and welcome mail from MS? The MCP site does say that passing exam 070-536 does not entitle to MCP as another exam has to be cleared to get MCTS. Can any one who has given the exam 070-536 help me to get this issue clarified please? regards Baliga Baliga, Narasimha |

Exam 70-536: TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Application Development
Foundation is a base exam and toward to technology specialist certification (MCTS: Web/Windows/Distributed Apps), but it's not an enough requirements for specialist certification. It's most like "70-058: Networking Essentials" for legency MCSE certification (MCSE for Windows NT 4.0, MCSE+I). You must pass .NET Framework Technology Specialist's required exam (70-526, 70-528 or 70-529) to archive related certfication. -- 2007 MVP for ASP.NET =?Utf-8?B?SmVmZiBDaHUgKE1WUCk=?= |
