Wireless Lan (PCI) cause system to corrupt

I've bought the new motherboard to replace the broken one. But after I finish installing the system, my wireless lan PCI adapter (PLANET) cause my system to stop. My mouse pointer is unmovable and i can't type anything using keyboard. It occurs everytime i tried using multimedia program to watch movie or even play music. Also, the system is stopped when i tried to open the game application too. I've already check the IRQ but its value is fine. (Sometimes, and is frequently occur now, It's always stop while downloading something or using web browser T^T)

When I disable it (the card), Everything is back to normal

+ Anyone please help me T^T with this problem i can't turn on my pc overnight in order to download (I use Wireless Internet Provided by my dormitory, Its speed is a lot faster at midnight)
