Default IP Conflict?

Hi I just got a linksys wireless access point and I think that there is an IP conflict going on... Only one computer at a time resolves a gateway ip.
The Diagnostics says:
DefaultIPGateway = 83.167.244.1(Same Subnet) (FAILED)
Pinging 83.167.244.1 with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 83.167.244.1:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss)

I also cannot get onto the web configurator for the linksys router. I assume the ip of the wireless router and the cable modem are conflicting but i dunno what to do...
Any suggestions???

ipconfig /all gives me this:
