That can prevent you installing the driver directly from the CD, if the driver is in a .cab file or buried in the .exe file. In the first case you may be able to access the .cab file with Windows Explorer (I'm not sure, because I have W2K and not Xp) or with a third party utility like Windows Commander, and extract the driver from the .cab file. In the second case, I don't know of any way, except downloading the driver in a separate file of it's own from Belkin's site. Axel Hammerschmidt |
