Wireless network set up not showing in Networking Tasks

I am trying to set up a Windows XP home edition computer to connect with the
rest of our network using a Belkin USB wireless adapter. However, when I go
to the "Network Tasks" box, the "set up home network" is there but not the
wireless. I saved the setup info to a flash drive to install on the other
computer and it tells me the computer is unable to be set up for wireless, or
something like that.

Any help?
