Got the same problem with W2k running IE6 sp1. Tried with XP pc with
IE6 sp2 this gave familiar activex bar and allowed me to download
activex control mcptranscript.cab, can now see button and print
transcript. Assumed that this is version issue. Haven't found sp2
download yet.
