Disable Hide Explorer Toolbars In Html

Im trying to make a cd-rom. So far everthing is great.

How do you make you page look like a pop up would look?

How do you get rid of the explorer toolbars in html format?

so far nothing has worked or disabled them from apearing?

I'd like it to run with my own back buttons links ect....there has got to be a way to disable your explorer toolbars file menus buttons from showing....
