Default MCSE:Security---correct exams?

I am an MCSE (Windows 2000) I want to get the MCSE:Security cert.

I have passed the following:

70- 215, 70-216, 70-217, 70-210, 70-220, 70-221, 70-219

Am I correct that if I take the 70-299 and CompTIA Security+ exams that I
will get that Security cert?

By reading here, I think I do
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mc...indows2000.asp

TIA

Yes, You will get MCSE Security on Windows 2000 not MCSE 2003

If you are planning to Upgrade to 2003, I advice to take 70-292 and 70-296
after that take both these exams 70-299=CompTIA Security+ and one core design
70-298.

You can login to MCP Member Site

Goto : View My.. --> Certification Planner.
You'll find all info you need.

i been strudying for 70-294 and 297 active directory exam and was told that
70-294 has simulations, diagrams and normal questions. i'm not sure what to
expect from 70-297 as i was told its a case study exam. not sure what the
format of the exam is like whether it has diagrams or simulations or
questions. 297 i have been studying for past 2 months. i'm practicising
this at work but just to be prepared wondering if it has simulations. as its
a case study exam i can't it imagine having 40 case studies i be there all
day. also like to know how many case studies it would have. is it just one
and will it have loadsa questions on it. i did case study exams back in
school in the english exam and also in my degree. so i would imgaine they
will have one case study and have questions based on that case study.

Thanks for the replies...I eventually am going for my MCSE 2003, but since I
work for a security firm, I feel 70-299 and CompTIA Security + is more of a
correct fit.

Then early next year, I will take 70-292 and 70-296 for my MCSE 2003. Then I
will have the MCSE 2003 : Security certification. And someone said I would
also have an MCSA....is that correct?

TIA
