Netgear wg111v2 config util/RtwLAN.exe and XP Pro SP2

Hello. I tried to use the above on my 'main' PC; it failed to launch.
I have the relevant Dr Watson logfile; can anyone decipher? Can I post
it here, or is there a special forum?
