I've had users at a remote site complaining for a week about their
connectivity. I have resent all my equipment to no avail. Looking at the
serial interface indicated something bad is going on, but I'm not sure what
it is. Does anyone have any ideas what might cause this?

Thanks

Perhaps your problem in on the line. I would try "debug serial
interface" and see what happens. Check also interface resets.

Looks like either a bad line, interface, NTE or cable. Get the circuit
tested first.

Chris.

Seems like some high errors.
Clear your counters and see if the errors are increasing.
If they are it can be the circuit betwenn you and your remote site.
