Have you reset the whole network by turning off everything and plugging in
the router first, the modem second and the computers last? Wait a few minutes
between restarting router, modem, computers. Do you have the right passwords
for your secure network? Disable any firewalls until you get it to work. Then
add the network to your firewall's safe list.
