Ajax Atlas not working in User Control

Hi all

I have a problem in implementing Atlas in user control.the problem I am facing is that, I have a table with two <TD>s. One <TD> on the left Contains the treeview control on which i have implemented an ajax atlas.
on right hand <TD> i have a placeHolder control. I have a user control that contains fileUpload control. i have successfully load the control in the place holdercontrol when i cilck on some node in the tree view. but the problem is that the fileupload control which is in the usercontrol loses its value when i click a upload button in the same user control.

Any Help will be very much appraciated.
