I have had this printer for several years and think it's great - Except for the fact that the maximum media size is 8.1/2" x 14". Obviously the carriage limits the paper size to 8.1/2" wide, but is there a patch or some software to allow me to increase the length of the print. I would like to print to at least 16" x 8" and maybe longer. Physically there is no limit to the length of the print, so it must be a software issue.
Any help greatly appreciated.
