Dear all,

I'm running a Cisco Systems VPN Client Version 4.6.00.0045 on Windows XP
5.1.2600 Service Pack 2.

As an internet connection I use xDSL with a Zyxel Presige 650 Wireless
Router/Modem.

When I connect to my company's network I get the message that the
connection has been establish successfully and I click on "Continue".
Until here everything sounds good but when I now try to open any program
over VPN (I need a SAP Gui and Lotus Notes) my VPN Client terminates the
connection and also my internet connection is terminated.

I have no idea how to solve this, maybe someone of you has/had a similar
problem and can provide a solution.

Thank you in advance and best regards from Austria

Andy

HI Andy,

Try to open up esp and udp 4500 on the router in front of you.
Also if you face some slow connectivity then go to
Start->Programs->Cisco VPN Client->Set MTU and set it to 1300 or lesser
till you successfully use the SAP and Lotus Notes application. What is
the device on which you are trying to VPN into, if I know that I will
be guide you better.
