WEB VPN Client Installation Issue

Hi,

One of my colleagues is using Web VPN to replicate his Lotus Notes Mail
client with servers based in NY.

It is working OK, but occasionally if the PC disconnects from the WLAN
accidentally or due to power failure (we are working in a field office
in Indonesia) the next time he connects he is forced to reinstall the
client.

This is fine for him as he is the office IT Administrator, however, for
the other 20 staff using this system it is a major issue as they do not
have administrator prilledges on the PC. Without Admin rights the
client install fails. We have no controll over the Web VPN server in
NY, no idea what version / platform etc.

I was just wondering if anyone else had seen this problem?
