I had one heck of a time trying to get my two XP Home pcs to share
files, and found I had to unstall the Cisco VPN 3.5.X client from both machines to make it work. I've had this experience before...my guess is the VPN client must install its own fire wall, which I can't figure out how to configure. I really need to have the VPN client installed to access systems at work. Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions on how to work around this? Thanks Scott Scott Millman |

Please note that 3.5 is fairly old. Also note that a concentrator may push a policy down that reactivates the firewall when it connects. -- ------------------------- Paul Stewart Lexnet Inc.
