I have two images into flash (first is 12.2(11))... But is normal to
show that this into ROM and is normal "show version" to produce two
different outputs?

2. In my router not command "show boot", "show bootenv", "shoow
bootvar"??????

This is I guess a bug.
Maybe just cosmetic?
If the router is otherwise working you could choose to ignore it
or you could upgrade he software.

Cisco have managed to make IOS pretty consistent across
the various platforms however this is one area where diferences
in hardware do sometimes show through.

I have a 2600 here and it does not have a "sh boot" either.
