would anyone know how the IOS commands to configure the 16 ethernet
hub ports of a Cisco 2507 router?

Assuming it is like a 2505....
hub ether 0 1
link-test
auto-polarity
!
hub ether 0 2
link-test
auto-polarity
!
hub ether 0 3
link-test
auto-polarity
..
..
..
It gets the rest from the Ethernet0 configuration.
