re sharing internet

Hi

I am still struggling to turn on the ICS on my desktop. The wizard says an
error has occurred tells me to configure manually.

When I go to the advanced tab on the connection properties page only the top
option (turn on internet connection firewall) is there the rest of the page
is blank. Can anyone tell me what happened to the other options.
