RTP packets and Cisco Catalyst 2950 switch

Hi,

I have heard that there is a problem in Cisco Catalyst 2950 switch
when dealing with small packets for example RTP packets.

I just wanted to confirm that whether this speculation is for real or
not. If it is then what are the specs for the 2950 switch with which
this problem is reported (IOS version, model etc)
