ACS 3.2 and Oracle 9i connectivity issue

Posts: n/a
Is this feature available in ACS (3.2 or above)that while contacting
an external Database Server (SQL or Oracle)through ODBC,it can write
some fields like username and password in any table of Oracle
My requirement/scenario is

ACS 3.2 configured for external Database authentication with Oracle
I have tested a sample procedure of Oracle with ACS.ACS is comparing
the values against those stored in db but while inserting the values
in the table it generates the following error

ORA-01456: may not perform insert/delete/update operation inside a
READ ONLY transaction ORA-06512: at "test.CSNTAUTHUSERPAP", line 11

I just need to confirm if ACS can insert any value in db or it just
calls the procedure in read only mode??????????
