7200 Cisco high ping times on router until I run 'clear ip ospf 1 process' .

Hello,

I have been having some issues on my Cisco 7200. This morning I have
been getting major ping times. I run an OSPF setup and the problem
goes away when I run 'clear ip ospf 1 process'. It doesn't seem to
be a CPU or memory problem.

Any idea what this could be?
