static route with secondary ip address

i use 3 router fast ip address is 172.31.136.254 and ip 172.31.136.253
and ip 172.31.141.254
router 172.31.136.254 route is
ip route 172.31.141.0 255.255.255.0 172.31.136.253
router 172.31.136.253 route is
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.10.10.59
ip route 172.31.136.0 255.255.255.0 172.31.136.254
ip route 172.31.141.0 255.255.255.0 Serial0/1
router 172.31.136.253 fast is
ip address 172.31.136.253 255.255.255.0 secondary
ip address 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.255
router 172.31.141.254 rout is
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 Serial0
ip route 172.31.141.0 255.255.255.0 ethernet 0
but when i use traceroter from pc ip 172.31.136.35 to 172.31.141.254
it's show this
Tracing route to 172.31.141.254 over a maximum of 30 hops

1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 172.31.136.254
2 1 ms * * 10.10.10.1
3 * * * Request timed out.

how do i fix this problem ?

I think we will need to see how these routers are actually connected
together, because both the first 2 routers have addresses within the
172.31.136.0 subnet. The second router (172.31.136.253) has a
connected interface in the 172.31.136.0 subnet and I would have
thought it would try to send the ICMP reply straight to that
interface. However, you have a static route on the second router which
points the network 172.31.136.0 to the first router (172.31.136.254)
which doesn't quite make sense to me from the information that you
have given.
