"ip rcmd rsh-enable".

Example:

ip rcmd rsh-enable
ip rcmd remote-host cisco 171.68.64.70 aaron enable

This allows the remote user "aaron" on the rsh client
system 171.68.64.70 to execute a command on your
router as user "cisco" with enable privilege.
