Nortel Meridian Features Vs. Cisco

I'm trying to find some information on configuring a Cisco CM phone.
We have a Meridian Option 81C with phones that have BFS keys. Anyone
know how I could program that type of setup on a Call Manager 7940 or
7960 phone?

Any idea where I could find other functions that are on the Meridian
and how to program them in the CM?
