Sometimes the error is "Bus error exception" other "SegV exception".
I use confreg 0x2142 at rommon but the router always is 'looping'. I
removed all hardware devices (VIC 2FXS) and reseat the memory in
chasis (RAM,flash) but no luck.

Any solutions? How can I enable smart init? I need help!

If you have a show ver for this router, paste the show ver followed by
that traceback into the output interpreter at Cisco.

Hola Fernando.

Usually, a boot loop caused by a bus error exception is hardware
related, Rarely, the bus error exception boot loop can be caused by a
software fault.

Did you verify that all network cards are supported by the Cisco IOS
Software to check the minimum versions of Cisco IOS Software needed
for hardware?
Also try to remove the cards and reload the router. If the router
boots without errors, add cards one at a time to discover the faulty
module. If removing the cards does not solve the problem, try
reseating the system Flash and DRAM.
