The first big one is that the AS5300 has been EoSed for a while.

The AS5350 and AS5400 are essentially the same system, except that
the AS5350 is 1RU high and has 3 DFC slots (hence, in a modem/voip
application, at most 1 trunk card and 2 modem cards (=216 ports)),
while the AS5400 is 2RU high with 7 DFC slots (hence, in a CT3
app, at most 6*108 = 648 ports, or in a CE1 app, 3*8CE1 with 4*108
or 432 ports.)
