Converting STS-12C Tributary to AU4 Concatenated on Line Side

Does Cisco have a SONET / SDH solution that will take a SONET concatenated
STS-12C input and talk SDH AU4 Concatenated on the line side? If 15454 or
other Cisco boxes can bridge these two, what are the part numbers you need?
