Thank you for writing to TELUS.

Your message has been received. Our goal is to respond to your message as soon as possible. We try to answer all messages within 24 hours.

Here are some answers to common questions. You may find what you are looking for by reading the below. Otherwise, we will reply to your email shortly.

If your domain is registered with TELUS or was transferred from your previous ISP to TELUS, you can make changes to your domain registration using the domain management interface at https://www.telushosting.com/cgi-bin...cgi/manage.cgi. In order to login, you will need to know your domain username and password. Also, ensure you enter your domain name without the www in front.

If you have forgotten your domain username and password, you can have these emailed to the administrative contact email address on the domain by going to http://www.telushosting.com/password.html. If you need your CIRA account number and password for a .ca domain, you can have them emailed to the administrative contact by using the second box on http://www.telushosting.com/password.html. If you do not know the administrative contact email address on your domain, you can lookup your domain registration record in the WHOIS database at http://opensrs.org/cgi-bin/whois.cgi.

If you do not know your domain username and password (or your CIRA account number and password for a .ca domain) AND the administrative contact email address on the domain is no longer valid, you must complete an 'Administrative Email Address Change Form' available at http://www.telushosting.com/password.html. Once the administrative contact email address on the domain has been updated, you can return to http://www.telushosting.com/password.html to have your domain username and password emailed to the updated address.

For help using the domain management interface, please see the FAQ page on the registrar's web site at http://resellers.tucows.com/opensrs/faq/manage_faq.

To renew your domain, please go to https://www.telushosting.com/order_page.html. If your domain name is domain.com, enter your domain name as 'domain' and then select your domain extension '.com' from the drop-down menu (Do not enter your domain name as www.domain.com or domain.com). Note that you can only renew domains registered with TELUS using this page. If your domain is registered elsewhere, you can transfer your domain to us by going to https://www.telushosting.com/order_page.html. Transferring moves your domain from its existing registry to TELUS and renews it for another year, all at the same time. Otherwise, you would renew your domain with your current registrar.

If you have any trouble renewing your domain online, please email http://www.velocityreviews.com/forums/(E-Mail Removed). If you have any other questions or concerns, please email (E-Mail Removed) and we will assist you.

If unsure of where your domain is registered, you can look it up using the Shared Registry System WHOIS database at http://www.internic.net/whois.html. For .ca domains, please use the CIRA WHOIS search at http://www.cira.ca.

If you need assistance right now or do not get a response to your message within one business day, please call us 24/7/365 at 1-866-292-8144 toll-free (Continental US and Canada).

Sincerely,

Domain Administration
