problem with Windows 2000 RAS and NTTACPLUS for kill users

Hi to all.
we have some RAS server in our network we set RAS and Routing for our
analog users .
we use NTTACPLUS for accountin in our network .
we want to kill these analog users that connect with win 2000 RAS in
NTTACPLUS with snmpset .do u know how we can do it?
which snmpset command and parametres we should use.
