I have a Cisco Router with a Modem attached to the AUX port. Firstly is it
the same cross over cable used for a Consol or is it different? Any links or info on the configuration? Second part is how do I configure the router to allow a remote caller with HyperTerm or other Terminal program dial and connect and configure the router? Any suggestions welcome. see
http://cco.cisco.com/en/US/customer/...80094bbc.shtml use "show line" to find out what line your AUX port is on. it maybe on line 1; if so then use 2001 for reverse telnet to connect to modem to issue at commands. mh |
