Hello list,

I've activated Calltracker on an AS5350. In the logs there are a lot
of "Normal call clearing" but also a lot of "Received an unexpected
onhook event". How these disconnections take place? And where I can
find more information to the output? I know

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/...2/dt_cltrk.htm
and
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk80...800ae938.shtml

But is there a list with error messages and explanations to them (disc
code, disc text)? Would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.

Regards

Hello,

ok, I've found the disconnect reasons:

Other resources are appreciated.
