I bought this Cisco VoIP QoS CD six month ago and installed to my PC.
Last week, I had to reimage my PC due to the system boot file
corruption. Now, I'm trying to reinstall VoIP QoS CIM (Cisco
Interactive Mentor) out of my backup file stored in my PC. Problem is
this setup sequence requires me to provide a serial number. I can't
not find my original CD. When I called Cisco for assistance, I was
told they could not help me with lost serial number because this
product is end-of-life item. If anyone has this product (Cisco
Interactive Mentor Voice Internetworking, VoIP Quality of Service)
serial number, and can e-mail me the serial number, I would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
