That is an example of monitoring of particular sub-interface with ip
assigned. You should change the ip (1.2.3.4) and hostname (gate) in the
first line.

Directory[gate.main]: main
Title[gate.main]: main channel

Hi all:

I have a Router Cisco 3620 IOS 12.1(2) with VLANs associated to the
subinterfaces. I configurated the line "snmp-server community public RO" for
monitoring the traffic via MRTG. When I do "show vlans" I can see the
traffic by vlan.
My question is:
How can I get the VLANs traffic for show it in my MRTG ??

I did cfgmaker on MRTG with line "--ifref=ip" and "ifdesc=descr" and in both
cases I get the information just for the interfaces instead of
subinterfaces.
