Is there any clever solution?

Hi,
I use a free webhosting. The problem is that if a user visits my website, together with
index.html( my first webpage) also 2 other web pages with ads are open. Is it possible
somehow to prevent that? Or is it possible to close those 2 web pages (more or less full of
advertisements) and let only mine available?
