I built this system around a SOYO SY-P4I865PE Plus Dragon 2 Mainboard with
a Western Digital 76GB SATA Hard Drive. Ever since I first turned it on
last October, the LED activity light for the hard drive is always lit. Not
real bright, but always lit regardless. In fact unless your looking
directly at it you can't see that it's lit. When the hard drive is active
it's noticeably brighter. I'm wondering if this is a quirk of the case
wiring or is it a trait of SATA drives in general.
