Update on EBay problem still need help

Istill cannot turn on MyEbay page unless I do the following.
1 start
2 Run
3 Msconfig
4 Click on only selective start
5 Tag all boxes EXCEPT Load Sys Files
Now that I do this the computer seems to work fine but I still do not know
what is causing the problem when I also tag the box above.
Where do I look and what do I look for. Thanks to this group, All are great
in helping

re-enable one thing at a time, and test to see which item in the startup is
affecting the problem. It's can't be all of them.

Dont use the EBay toolbar but just bookmark your Summary page. You can get
to anything from there without all the hassle.Thor has told you what to do
to find your prob - it might be EBay but it could be any one other app.
