i have two monitors on WinXP set up in such a way that i can drag
stuff from one to the other. Most things open on the primary monitor
(firefox, winamp, etc), but IE doesn't - it opens, by default, on the
second monitor. any ideas on how to change this? thanks!

drag it back over to the first monitor and then close it. It should open on
the first monitor then.
