Recording Music off Radio, Legal Issues?

Just wondering if there are legal issues (similar to those involving file
sharing) of recording music off the radio through the Line-In plug. My
girlfriend and I have been doing this for months and months, and although we
know this is impossible to prove and enforce, were just curious. By the way we
have like 3,000 MP3 files from this.
