Adware-BetterInet program keeps showing up in my virus scan

I keep getting Adware-BetterInet programs in my virus scan.

Today it was randreco.exe. Yesterday it was Dc55.exe.

Is there some program I still have that keeps installing them? If so,
how do I get rid of it?
