Remote data backup and sharing?

Howdy, was wondering if anyone could share some experience with various
backup sites such as IBackup www.ibackup.com/ or Xdrive
www.xdrive.com/partners/?p=google&gcid.. Any other prefered ones?

I would like to store and share files with friends and colleagues.

Xdrive seems very reasonable.
