Perhaps someone can figure this out:

I just got a new ati radeon 9200, agp 4x/8x graphics card. I have an
ecs/via p4vmm2 mobo with integrated graphics. I tried disabling the on
board graphics, changing bios to agp slot for graphics, uninstalling
graphics drivers, etc. I then plugged the new card into the agp slot,
plugged the monitor into it and got nothing. No picture, nothing. I tried
unplugging both the pci cards I have, my 2nd hdd, my floppy, and my
dvd-burner, still I got no picture. I then replugged the monitor into the
on board card. Then I entered my bios and changed the share memory to 0 mb,
I have (2) 512 MB Kingston sticks. When I rebooted I got no picture at all,
the computer wouldn't display a picture until I cleared the CMOS settings.

anyone with any ideas???
