Default Win2k + RAID1 = Need Install Help

Greetings!

This is my first time attempting a RAID setup and I need a little help. I
have a Giga-byte GA-7DXR+ motherboard with an onboard FastTrack RAID
controller. I was able to build the RAID1 array with no problem, but I am
having troubles installing Win2k.

I downloaded the RAID drivers from the gigabyte site, saved them to a
floppy, and during setup I hit F6 to load the drivers. They seem to load
properly. The problem is that the system hangs after loading the drivers
and the message in the lower left says "Setup is starting Windows 2000".
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong here. Any help is appreciated.

I would make sure you have the latest bios installed for your motherboard.
If they are current, I would remove all unnecessary cards and install a
single memory module. Try again, if it still does not work, I would swap the
memory and try again. Also, download the latest drivers for your raid
controller.
