yahoo mail

Hi, not sure if this is acceptable in this group, not sure where else
to post it really.. My son has his e-mail account with yahoo
I've only been able to speak with by phone, so it's difficult. Seems
that they have just changed their mail programme a bit, larger storage
etc. My son reckons he can receive mail since this change, but not
send. Any idea where he should be looking initially, or idea what may
be causing this problem? He says he has not changed anuthing.

Not clear! When he cannot send is he getting some sort of error message? Can
he not even get to the compose mail screen?
