In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Options and click Delete Files.
On the dialog box, select Delete all Offline Content.

You can also delete the temporary internet files manually at the
following folder (assuming you're using XP):

C:/Documents and Settings/User Name/Local Settings/Temporary Internet Files
(Hidden by default)

Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Empty Temporary Internet files folder when
browser is closed (ticked)

or

Tools/Internet Options/General/Temporary Internet Files/Delete Files (Delete
all offline content..(ticked) & Clear History
